Inspired by local recipes and ingredients, Seafood at Trisara has created a refined, southern menu. Take the Massaman Plamuek for example, which uses local Andaman octopus in a sweet and creamy sauce, while the stir-fried jumbo black tiger prawns, with crispy garlic and chilli, sing subtle herbal notes.
