This restaurant, occupying an impressive mansion in the city’s Ruzafa district, stands out for its different dining options. In addition to the main dining room upstairs, it also boasts an attractive garden for a pre-dinner drink, a bar counter for guests who enjoy watching the kitchen team at work while they eat, plus a very pleasant terrace where you can choose from the same dining options as in the main room, or relax over a post-dinner cocktail or digestif. Chef Begoña Rodrigo conjures up two tasting menus, both of which highlight an elegant feminine touch, in particular in the way she elevates the cooking of vegetables to new heights. La Salita is open from Monday to Friday only. At the weekend, the space operates under the name L’Hort al Nú, offering completely different cuisine.
