Its name conjures up images of rows of servers with flickering lights, but the room is designed like a cavern with raw, handmade stoneware to match. The “data” here refers to the deconstruction and re-assembly of taste memories for an original experience. It opens for dinner only with one set menu that blends the heat in Sichuanese and Mexican food seamlessly to a surprisingly good effect. Also try the house-brewed kombucha in seasonal flavours.
