Sonett offers casual dining based on French cuisine. A large counter surrounds an open kitchen where the chefs can be seen cooking. Here, a variety of dishes are served, from bite-sized morsels to desserts crafted with molecular gastronomy techniques. Cocoa rolls filled with chicken liver mousse topped with truffle and raspberry jam deliver two distinct flavors. An aromatic buckwheat note comes through in the pasta dish made from buckwheat noodles, fresh clams and caviar. Sonett means a short song in French; an apt name for a restaurant that serves tasting menus composed of small plates.
