The food is inspired by Chef Yang Min-woo’s rich culinary and life experience in Japan. He blurs the boundaries of his brand of Japanese cuisine through the inventive use of Western ingredients, always seeking to maintain the right balance to achieve culinary perfection. The menu changes four times a year, reflecting Korea’s four distinct seasons, with each seasonal menu organically related to the preceding one. Each dish brings out the genuine flavors of the ingredients, then delicately balanced with the sauces.
