MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The same name, the same interior and the same concept, but with a new team at the helm! Although the chef has changed, the focus here is still on Scandinavian cuisine, which is reflected in dishes such as “potatoes, yoghurt and smoked herring” and “mackerel, Chanterelle mushrooms and berries from the forest”. In this Nordic enclave at the Ritz Carlton, the service remains as attentive as ever, accompanied by a fine selection of wines.
