It’s not every night that a Three Star (and Green Star) MICHELIN restaurant relinquishes control of their kitchen to outside chefs. However, chef Patrick O’Connell of the Inn at Little Washington did just that on Monday evening kicking off their Starry Starry Nights series. Taking over for the evening was Aaron Silverman of Two Star Pineapple & Pearls and One Stars Rose’s Luxury and Little Pearl. The concept of the series, which will see Ryan Ratino of Two Star Jônt and One Star Bresca and Jeremiah Langhorne of One Star The Dabney take the reins in March and April, is meant for guests to experience a family style dinner amongst a convivial group of chefs and the culinary cognoscenti. Therefore, we asked Alex Schroeder—better known by his Instagram + TikTok handle @devourdc—to give us an exclusive peek of his experience. Below, Schroeder shares his snaps and tidbits from the night.
