This elegant restaurant provides the backdrop for healthy cuisine with a choice of three tasting menus: Erbaria (vegetarian), Beccaria (meat specialities) and Pescaria (fish and seafood). We recommend the gurnard with roast potatoes and shellfish sauce – a delicious fillet served with a fresh dressing. In summer, meals are served on the outdoor terrace with its splendid views of the Abbazia di San Giorgio Maggiore.
