For those on a quest for a gastronomic experience rather than just a simple meal, this restaurant offering a combination of fine wine and fine dining is the perfect option. Occupying a glass-fronted annexe with views of the vineyards at the entrance to the prestigious Trapiche winery, Espacio Trapiche features an open-view kitchen visible from the entrance hall (part of the floor is covered with glass to enable guests to view the underground wine cellar below) as well as an attractive contemporary-style dining room. Here they surprise us with a modern cooking that celebrates ingredients from the surrounding mountains (potatoes, lamb, trout, vegetables from his own garden etc) that are exclusively showcased on his meticulously prepared menus: Premium, Ultra Premium (both with identical dishes, some chosen by guests, but with different wine pairings) and Degustación (Tasting), the latter requiring prior booking.
