This characterful establishment (1673) in the town centre, not far from the Hospices de Beaune, is in the capable hands of Charles Danet (previously of Le Timbre in Paris) and it would be an understatement to say that he has settled in quickly! His unmistakable signature style errs towards wholesome market-fresh cuisine, which he describes as "artisanal seasonal" cooking.
