From well-known local husband-and-wife duo, Rhys and Alexia Gawlak, arrives this sandwich concept nestled within the Local Butcher shop and market. There is seating both outside (on the festive patio) as well as inside in the multi-concept space, furnished with wood tables, metal chairs and that infamous counter all the way in the back.
The menu is as compact as the room itself and once your food is presented, it's hard to focus on much else. The fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese, bacon and varying sauces to match is a signature for good reason, while a side of German potato salad boasts just as much boldness in flavor and seasoning.
