MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
When this smoothly run brasserie moved location to an elegant 19C house near Aarhus Harbour, the team took the original spirit with them. Familiar Gallic dishes like fish soup are generous in size and robust in flavour, whilst the seasonal dishes have some more modern Danish touches. All the food can be accompanied by wine from their exclusively French and highly impressive cellar.
