Hotel Vilòn (Two Michelin Keys) and Adelaide restaurant

Via dell'Arancio 69
This magnificent 16th-century private residence annexed to the Palazzo Borghese housed a nunnery for much of the 20th century, and today boasts 18 guestrooms designed by architect Giampiero Panepinto and decorated by interior and set designer Paolo Bonfini.
Adelaide, whose seasonal cuisine combines the chef's origins in Campania with the most authentic Roman culinary tradition, is housed in intimate, welcoming spaces that have a distinctly theatrical feel.

Hassler Rome (One Michelin Key) and Imàgo restaurant (One Michelin Star)

Piazza Trinità dei Monti 6
At the top of the Spanish Steps, in one of the city's most prestigious locations, this hotel has become part of the history of Capitoline hospitality. Managed since 1890 with passion and great professionalism by the Wirth family (now with the sixth generation at the helm), it makes the most of its privileged position. Take in the city views from the windows of the Michelin-Starred Imàgo, as you tuck into cuisine based on Italian traditions and ingredients, often from Lazio, to design creative and meticulously choreographed plates. A faultless performance by the only establishment to boast both a Key and a Star under the same roof.

Eden Hotel, Dorchester Collection (1 Michelin Key) and La Terrazza Restaurant

Via Ludovisi 49
This hotel between Villa Borghese and Via Veneto is the epitome of charm and sophistication in the heart of la dolce vita. Opened in 1889, it continues to enchant travelers. At that time, it was the first in Rome to boast an elevator, electricity, heating and running water, and the press praised its views over the city and surrounding countryside. Today, the countryside is a little further away, but Eden's views remain breathtaking, especially from its restaurant, La Terrazza, which serves fine dining cuisine.
