A long-awaited sequel to the Dean in Dublin has opened its doors in Galway, and has promptly become this charming coastal town’s most stylish lodging. This one is riotously colorful, and while it’s sensibly a bit less luxe than its Dublin cousin, it’s full of thoughtful touches: not just Smeg fridges but Marshall sound systems, Nespresso machines, and, in the suites, Rega turntables and Martin acoustic guitars.
