In the magnificent setting of the exclusive Parkhotel Laurin, this restaurant is one of the best in Bolzano, boasting a Liberty-style dining room and tree-shaded tables in the garden for summer dining. The traditional cuisine also includes a few modern touches with ingredients and techniques from all over Italy and beyond, such as the grilled trout and leek terrine wrapped in nori algae in the shape of a flower.
