A former pupil of Joël Robuchon, chef Attilio Marrazzo (Château de Noirieux) has set up shop within the walls of this restaurant that used to be run by his mentor. He has put together a packed menu that has something for everyone: the cuisine seamlessly embraces iconic Italian dishes (such as vitello tonnato and veal Milanese) and French classics (beef tartare and exceptional meats). Desserts are one of this establishment's strong suits – the hot hazelnut soufflé being a case in point.
