This restaurant in the hotel of the same name is located in a medieval castle complex on top of the mountain – the view couldn't be more beautiful! The stylish decor is a winning combination of modern design and historical charm. Drawing on contemporary influences, the cuisine takes its cue from the changing seasons and is made with produce sourced from Switzerland and the region. There is a gourmet menu on Fri. and Sat. NB: Due to the location, in a reduced-traffic zone, parking is available a few minutes' walk away – the hotel also provides a shuttle service (to be booked in advance).
