Think a delicate foie gras cream sauce with a hint of Calvados to add depth to fried duck liver with sweet fruit garnishes and a brioche roll. His cuisine is beautifully in step with the times, without resorting to any unnecessary frills. Inside, you can watch the chef at work in the attractive open plan kitchen. However, a spot on the terrace, nestled right next to a business complex and overlooking the river, might be your best bet.
