This elegant restaurant right on the Delftse Schie is at one with the water — from the terrace you can almost touch the bobbing boats. Thanks to the attentive service and attention to detail, you will not want for anything here. Chef Joris's creations are sophisticated, even innovative at times, without going overboard. Plus he knows the importance of sauces. Unpretentious fine dining at its best.
