The restaurant at the luxurious little hotel The Alpine Retreat has a rather intimate and private feel to it. In a chic setting that combines modern design and Alpine charm, diners choose two, three or four courses from a short menu. The dishes, such as two kinds of ravioli in a nut butter foam with brassato and mascarpone, and sautéed spinach, are made with predominantly regional ingredients.
