Here chef Giovanni Cerroni, with a lengthy experience in fine dining, offers two tasting menus: Mimesis with the great classics and A mano libera, where his talent is best expressed according to the client's tastes as well. For wines, one quietly relies on the expertise of Cesario Delle Donne.
