LE PRISTINE TOKYO introduces “New Italian” that combines the climate and culinary traditions of Herman’s native region of Zeeland, in the Netherlands. His signature dish, seafood orecchiette, is made for Tokyo, a fusion of Japanese ingredients with Dutch gastronomy. The art and background music combine to help create a modern dining experience.
