The Sattlers have been running this family business for over 30 years, and now the son and daughter have taken the reins. All ingredients are locally sourced; flowers and herbs are cultivated in their own garden. The wine list comprises some 650 labels from all over the world, including wines from the restaurant's own estate, which is renowned far beyond the borders of the country.
