Transferred to Via Prefettura 21, Catania. Situated in the historic centre of this unique city, just 200m from the famous Santa Maria del Monte staircase, this restaurant is named after Giuseppe Coria, a passionate expert on local cuisine and the author of the cookery book “Profumi di Sicilia” (Flavours of Sicily) – the very same flavours that you’ll find in the cuisine here. In two simple, contemporary-style rooms, owner-chefs Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti, both of whom trained with Ciccio Sultano, serve confidently prepared and original cuisine which is far from ordinary.
