In Svenja and Adrian Nessensohn (both recent graduates of fine dining restaurant Lampart's in Hägendorf), Helvetia has dedicated and friendly hosts, who make a point of using regional produce. Get comfortable in the pretty restaurant, where a relaxed atmosphere reigns, and enjoy an appealing set menu with dishes designed to be shared. In summer, make a beeline for the gorgeous terrace.

"We only use Swiss produce, mostly from the immediate vicinity, and some of our meat even comes from my brother's farm. However, our cuisine is predominantly plant-based – vegetables play a central role. We advocate our sharing concept as a way of bringing people together and of reducing waste."
