Located on the ground floor of the iconic Château Frontenac, this restaurant boasts both history and charm. From tables in the sunroom, diners can drink in the breathtaking view of the city and the majestic St Lawrence River. As you enter, you see a huge glass cellar showcasing a selection of exceptional cheese, meat, and caviar. The "Discovery" set menu features modern dishes (bluefin tuna from the Gaspé Peninsula, berry dashi, plum; grilled lobster, corn mousse, marjoram), but you can also go à la carte.
