Just opposite Mauro Colgreco's flagship restaurant, this is the Italian-Argentine chef's hacienda-style Argentinian grill, which has a large covered terrace overlooking the sea, the town and the harbour. Here, they have mastered the style of cooking over a wood fire that is so typical of Argentina. Expect tasty dishes infused with a pleasing smokiness: aguachile San Remo white shrimps; grilled octopus; dulce de leche flan. A masterclass in gourmet conviviality.
