Gu cherng refers to the country’s former capital and the dining room, renovated in 2021, mixes elegant modern Chinese style with flashes of the traditional. Popular dishes include a variety of tasty dim-sum. The steamed prawn dumplings with seaweed and steamed rice noodles stuffed with deep-fried prawns use quality ingredients with delicately balanced flavours. The signature Peking duck pancakes use choice cuts of meat, thinly sliced, crispy and with no fat.
