Architect Dudok is the designer behind this trendy 1930s pavilion. Each table overlooks the Hilversum Canal, which really is something to behold as you sit on the gorgeous terrace. The resolutely modern cuisine shows a preference for organic and local produce, yet remains down-to-earth.
