Comprising  a wood-burning grill, a marble-topped raw bar and an always buzzing bar up front, there's no bad seat in this house. Bivalve fans will find the local Gulf coast oysters plump and perfectly briny, while a bowl of capellini bathed in spicy chili butter and heaped with sweet crab is deliciously slurpable. Grilled fish is naturally the highlight, and snapper collar lashed with local pepper jelly and finished with picked onions is spot on. Finally, sticky toffee pudding with cream cheese ice cream and crumbled candied pecans seals the deal.
