In the context of Villa della Pergola, a sumptuous historic dwelling immersed in a wonderful botanical park (visitable for a fee and by appointment), it’s difficult to imagine a more exclusive and panoramic stage: the spectacular balcony overlooks the sea, which opens to the horizon after the last tight hairpin turns necessary to reach the villa. The dishes by chef Antonio Romano, a student of Heinz Beck, offer modern cuisine built around local products and vegetables largely from the property's biodynamic farm and the Orto Rampante. Extraordinary rooms complete the experience, for an exclusive stay immersed in silence, with Alassio stretching just below the villa’s gardens.
