Set in Villa della Pergola, a lavish historic residence immersed in a beautiful botanical park (open to visitors by appointment upon payment of an admission fee), it is hard to imagine a more exclusive and panoramic setting. The spectacular balcony overlooks the sea, which stretches out across the horizon after the last tight bends on the road to the villa. And it is here that modern cuisine built around local produce and vegetables spurced mainly from the property's biodynamic farm and the Orto Rampante is created.
