Small, cosy and lively, this gastrobistro encapsulates the cool vibe of the Beyoğlu neighbourhood. In the open kitchen, the grill and open flames immediately draw the eye. The chefs handle the fire with skill, bringing the essence of each flavour to the fore – the cuisine is modern, unpretentious and carefully considered. Lamb hearts grilled to a pink finish with white beans in a lamb jus enriched with miso, or crisp-grilled sea bass accompanied by pickled grapes and a lemon beurre blanc: these ingredient-led dishes are nuanced and fun. The à la carte options are irresistible and great for sharing. An experience not to be missed!
