In some cases that supplier is himself, with deer raised on their own small estate and the restaurant housing its own mushroom cabinet. The kitchen team then use their considerable skills to enhance and amplify those stunning ingredients on a tasting menu that is beautifully balanced and harmonious. It’s run by an experienced team who have a knack for putting everyone at ease.
