The menu changes daily to keep it fresh and hyper-seasonal, but beef carpaccio is a firm fixture – thinly sliced raw Aussie beef dressed in anchovy sauce and olive oil, topped with croutons and shaved parmesan. Fish remains his passion and the catch of the day always hits the spot. House-made limoncello is perfect to sip after dinner.
