A pleasant surprise both in terms of its cuisine and its secluded location next to the old Fuencaliente lighthouse, which is now an information centre for the La Palma marine reserve. Here, the modern take on traditional cuisine showcases local products, in particular fish, which you can enjoy in an impressive themed space, plus a café upstairs boasting superb views. The most impressive aspect here is the play of colours between the blue of the ocean, the black of the island’s volcanic landscapes, and the radiant whiteness of the surrounding salt pans.
