As its name suggests, omakase is indeed the name of the game here, where two seatings per night are available by reservation. With its seasonal, ever-changing fish selection and high quality ingredients, you’re sure to have a unique experience at each visit. Some of the dishes include a springy tamago with yuzu jam and gently seared wagyu imbued with a fragrant smoke.The lineup of nigiri includes many fish varieties not often seen (think cornet with sudachi, and usami), as well supremely tender, more commonly known favorites, including baby yellowtail.
