Meerok Super, which still sports the retro signboard from its previous life, is a small six-seat restaurant that serves outsized creativity. The vegetables grown from the vegetable patch on site, aged fish and meats, and seasonal ingredients are transformed into the tasting menu of the day. The grilled meat course, cooked over charcoal for aroma, texture, and juiciness, and served with rice, creates a seamless transition from Western to Korean.
