This hotspot of the capital's fine dining scene is undoubtedly a new take on high-end gastronomy! "Casual dining" is the name of the game here. In the evening, diners take their seats in a lively bistro setting to sample an exceedingly interesting and creative surprise menu that is constantly exploring different themes, countries and regions. This is where chef-patron Markus Arnold draws inspiration from his travels. To complete the picture, this undisputedly cool establishment boasts a fine historical interior complete with high ceilings, a gallery and large arched windows – the open kitchen is the real attraction. The menu is completely different at lunchtime, when the concept is called "easy lunch".
