On the doorstep of Catalans beach, this restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows commands an idyllic view over the Bay of Marseille, between the Swimming Club and the Frioul archipelago. Philippine-born chef, Chester Tsai (who has worked all over the world for Alain Ducasse) rolls out Mediterranean cuisine and more exotic dishes of Philippine and Singaporean descent: tomato, pepper and cucumber gazpacho with a garlic and pine nut sauce; seabream paired with orange-glazed fennel and a buttery, Timut pepper-flavoured sauce.
