Modern Cuisine, Creative
A friendly and contemporary bistro, with exposed stone and dark green walls, mirrors and velvet banquettes. A Korean chef, who is passionate about French gastronomy, creates modern cuisine with occasional nods to his home country, and it proves to be a winning formula: for example, his starter of burrata, duck breast, basil/arugula pesto and sesame. In the evening, he pulls out all the stops, with premium ingredients and more sophisticated dishes (and a tasting menu).
