There’s a definite focus on nature at Fermin, where regional ingredients, fermentation and homegrown produce provide inspiration for the harmonious creations on the menu, while still allowing for the occasional surprise. Take a seat at the bar to watch the chef at work at his wood-fired oven and yakitori grill. Excellent natural wines and a remarkable choice of beers!
