Just a stone’s throw from the Gothenburg Natural History Museum and Slottsskogen park, is this 22-seater Japanese restaurant comprising a counter and two high-level tables. It’s owned and run by John and Alven Chu, who offer an omakase experience encompassing appetisers, sashimi, nigiri, aburi nigiri, soup and dessert – as well as monthly special events featuring the likes of bluefin tuna or Wagyu beef.
