The softly lit counter creates a stylish mood conducive to gatherings of friends. The restaurant’s name is French for ‘hodgepodge’, an apt metaphor for Pot-Bouille’s medley of gastronomic influences, somehow in perfect harmony. A free-spirited style all its own.
