Sibling to Norrlyst and Theo in the city, this French-style bistro is run by seasoned local restaurateurs and delivers traditional Gallic fare with an appealing price tag. The kitchen's skilled classical technique is highlighted across the menu, which features the likes of Gillardeau oysters with mignonette sauce and their speciality beef tartare – which is of undeniable quality. Add in linen-laid tables, simple wooden chairs and an all-French wine list and you could easily forget that you're in Copenhagen.
