Flavoursome dishes such as "cauliflower, lettuce, almond", "bream dumplings, crab bisque, watercress", or "beef, carrot, lettuce" reflect the excellent, precise craftsmanship of Markus Burkhard, who made a name for himself as head chef at Jakobs ESSZIMMER in Rapperswil.
