In the Brattøra waterside development, this large eatery provides the crackling atmosphere you want from a brasserie like this. Banquettes and a central bar fit the bill décor-wise, while visible ducting and terrazzo flooring lend an industrial edge. Choose from a 4 or 6 course set menu, with a signature dish of scallops, sea buckthorn, XO and celeriac available as an extra.
