Chef Christopher Krinsky has created something offbeat at this casual spot, but the two cuisines are woven together seamlessly. Bold, spice-driven cooking is the name of the game here. Take the mole tsukemen, a fresh mole negro that has been thinned down to a broth and served next to a tangle of noodles and chicken for dipping. Rich and flavorful, it's savory, spicy, and sensational.
