Since 1956, this restaurant has been attracting loyal fans with its authentic Yunnan fare made with produce shipped from the province – some recipes were inherited from the owner’s mother. Scaly hedgehog fried rice with shredded chicken stars a rare mushroom from Yunnan that imparts earthy aromas.
