Be sure to arrive early for an aperitif on the terrace of this charming lakeside lodge before heading through to the modern, minimalist restaurant. In an unusual twist, both the menu and the matching wine pairings are a complete surprise! You submit your allergies and dislikes in advance, with the components of the dishes only revealed at the end of the meal when you are given a QR code to scan. Combinations could include halibut with satsuma, endive and crab bisque or seared roe deer with pumpkin and forest mushrooms. This element of the unknown stimulates both the mind and the palate through your meal.
