Kevin Gideon and his restaurant have moved to a location outside the city centre, into premises that previously housed VINEO. Diners will be pleased to hear that the concept remains the same in the new space. The team is unchanged and the pared-back, modern style of the interior and of the food is also still present and correct. In their kitchen, which is visible through a glass partition, Kevin Gideon and his small team serve up a creative set menu (vegetarian version available); updated on a regular basis, it comprises three, five or seven courses.
